Audience
The Student
ICPD specifically works with post-graduate students to provide them with the tools and skills to fully understand the interview process. Students will receive detailed knowledge on how to research and engage with the interviewer, building rapport, use of positive verbal communication and the importance of body language.
After two full days of intensive training, the student will be well equipped in taking that first step to a successful interview and a rewarding career development path. The course has been designed to work with smaller groups, a maximum of 16 per group to ensure that the student obtains the full advantages of attending.
The University
ICPD works hand in hand with the university, ensuring that their post-graduate students are prepared for the interview and job selection process.
Ensuring students find employment after further education will help promote the university’s longitudinal education outcomes set by many local education authorities. By promoting, not only the academic successes but also publishing how many students find gainful employment after their studies.
The ICPD programmes can be integrated into the university’s overall Alumni and actively promote the university’s Alma Mater.
